Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Diplomate of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2012. Psychiatry Residency Training from Saint Elizabeths Hospital/ DC Department of Behavioral Health, Washington DC (2008-2012). Medically Licensed to practice in MD, DC. Has ten years of experience in working with outpatient and inpatient psychiatric patients.
Most Recently practiced as an outpatient Psychiatrist for 6 years at DC Department of Behavioral Health DCDBH)/35 K street Clinic ( 2015-2021) and MDLIVE Telehealth for two year  (2019-2021). Has held a Faculty position at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Washington DC and has been Director of Residents’ Clinic (35 K street clinic) while working at DCDBH for the last 6 years .  Has Supervised medical students from GWUH, HUH and  Saint Elizabeths Hospital Psychiatry Residents. In the past was employed as an Inpatient Psychiatrist at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Northwest Hospital, Randallstown, MD from 2012-2015.
Special Interest:  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression and Anxiety,  Relationship issues, Womens’ Mental Health issues, Working with patients struggling with Covid-19 Pandemic induced anxiety, attention issues. Interested in working with patients with Bipolar disorder and Schizophrenia in the hospital setting
